DUAL AFLW best and fairest winner Erin Phillips uttered some prophetic words about this time last year.

Carlton's Maddy Prespakis had just finished an impressive debut season in the competition and offered her congratulations to Phillips after the announcement of her second individual triumph.

Phillips' response? "Don't worry, kid, this will be you one day."

That day took barely 12 months to arrive, with Prespakis' barnstorming start to her AFLW career capped with the 2020 best and fairest award on Tuesday night.

Firstly, she's a gun, the AFLW version of Diesel, not very often fans go early on a call like this and get it right, but they did, they were and she is!

So, her little sister is also a significant prospect, not considered quite as good as her sister, at least yet, but see how good her sister really is and ask yourself if some percentage of that is worth cloning! :o

Can we have yet another set of sisters?  ???

Nice to see Norp being magnanimous about the result, what a bunch of whinging pricks they are, not the Norp players but the fans and officials!
