I think of the alternatives it's likely Craig would be the only one that Connery would approve of!I agree LP Quote Selected
Re: RIP Sean Connery Reply #16 – November 01, 2020, 08:52:42 pm Craig lacks the stature and suave but nails the action stuff IMHO.. Bit of mission impossible about the later Bond movies which doesn't appeal as much to me.. Quote Selected

Anyway, Connery was so much more than just Bond, what he crammed into 90 years would equate to 270 of ours I'd imagine. Quote Selected
Re: RIP Sean Connery Reply #18 – November 01, 2020, 11:22:23 pm My personal preference would be Connery, then Brosnan before Craig/Moore etc.Brosnan bought the suave nature that i always liked from Connery.Craig is just an action star and i can't watch the later ones. I did like Casino Royale remake though.BTW, surprised nobody has brought up Indiana Jones and the last crusade. Loved that movie as a kid and thought Connery was so good in it. Both watching it as a kid, and now.Of course the untouchables is worth a mention too.'Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery that mediocrity can pay to greatness.' - Oscar WildeI'll leave you with this...https://youtu.be/hElOag-1a0khttps://youtu.be/Ch_hoYPPeGc Quote Selected Last Edit: November 01, 2020, 11:28:59 pm by kruddler 1 Likes
