Jim Park Voting 2025 Rd 10 Carlton vs Sydney

Voting is as usual: you have 15 votes to award pretty much as you will, with the following provisos:
[1] 15 votes in total, no more, no less.
[2] No more than 10 votes for any one player (even Sam Walsh or Patrick Cripps)
[3] Three players at least must get a mention.
[4] A grade for the game, A+ (what I want to see) to F-.

I'm torn, I'd love to give Cerra a vote with so many hard ball gets in awful conditions, but his use of the footy was horrendous with a handful of I50s and not a single goal assist.

For a 200cm type, BigH was surprisingly agile in slippery conditions, at times he complimented Cripps but we don't expect that, at least until the Swans resorted to frequent head high contact without penalty.

AFL Rd 10:   Carlton vs Sydney
We weren’t bad for 3 quarters, but the last … How bad we were can be related in how bad Sydney were against Melbourne one week later. We are very ordinary at the moment.
Team:   C

Votes:
[2.5]   Patrick Cripps
[2.5]   George Hewett
[2.5]   Adam Cerra
[1.5]   Harry McKay
[1.5]   Charlie Curnow
[1.5]   Cooper Lord
[1]   Nick Haynes
[0.5]   Ollie Hollands
[0.5]   Jacob Weitering
[0.5]   Mitch McGovern
[0.5]   Adam Saad

Explanations:
[2.5]   Patrick Cripps:      26 possessions, 2 goals, 7 tackles and 7 clearances: he did what he could.
[2.5]   George Hewett:   Another strong game, but for the last quarter. 6 tackles and 7 clearances.
[2.5]   Adam Cerra:      A team high 34 possessions, with 7 tackles and 2 clearances.
[1.5]   Harry McKay:      H was brilliant early, but drifted out of the game.
[1.5]   Charlie Curnow:   Charlie started well enough, but faded, like he has all year.
[1.5]   Cooper Lord:      17 possessions, but it was how he played and what he did that suggested that he is a future player.
[1]   Nick Haynes:      Our best defender on the night; taking interceptions and keeping his opponent quiet.
[0.5]   Ollie Hollands:      Solid if unspectacular.
[0.5]   Jacob Weitering:   Beat his man, but was kept out of the play by a decoy forward.
[0.5]   Mitch McGovern:   Not bad, and not so many clangers.
[0.5]   Adam Saad:      Tried hard.

Honourable Mentions:
Elijah Hollands:   Not at his best, but his disposal is always a point of difference.
Marc Pittonet:      Tried his guts out, like usual.
