AFL 2025 Rd 15:   Carlton vs North Melbourne
Another embarrassment, and we still almost won. Just goes to show how poor we were for so much of the game.

Trends:
[1]   There were 6 voters this round, a new low that I hope never to see again. Our performance was so bad that it almost justifies the lack of interest. Still, please do vote, win, lose or draw: it is something we appreciate and it makes our statistics a lot more reliable, especially as I've got the spreadsheet behaving again..

[2]   The rating was a 5.50, which represents a F+ or an E-. That is on par with the Richmond game. :(

[3]   14 players managed a mention  this week, which isn't bad. Alas, none of them were in the range of the previous few week's results as even our best players were overshadowed by North players.

[4]   The average vote this week was 18. Our equal worst result since I've been doing this.

[5]   2 players managed 100 votes or more this week, which says so much about how we were dominated by North.

[6]   McGovern and Hewett were the only 2 to pass 100 votes, with McGovern getting his first BOG for the season. George was 2nd.

[7]   No player managed votes from everyone this week. Nobody really stood out.

[8]   Again, our youngsters made some contribution this week, led by Hollands.

[9]   This was a round where none of our lines stood out. Our mids did best, but that wasn't saying a lot.

Another embarrassment. What more can I say?

Trends:
[1]   There were 9 voters this round, which is a 50% improvement over last week. Pity opur game wasn't the same.  Our performance was so bad that it almost justifies the lack of interest. Still, please do vote, win, lose or draw: it is something we appreciate and it makes our statistics a lot more reliable, especially as I've got the spreadsheet behaving again..

[2]   The rating was a 4.96, which represents a F. A new and unwelcome low. :(

[3]   13 players managed a mention this week, which isn't bad. Alas, none of them were match winning.

[4]   The average vote this week was 16. A new low.

[5]   3 players managed 100 votes or more this week, which is better than last week. Hewett, Hollands and Haynes managed it this week.

[6]   George Hewett managed yet another BOG for us, followed closely by Nick Haynes and Ollie Hollands.

[7]   2 players, Haynes and Hewett, managed votes from everyone this week. Ollie missed from one voter.

[8]   Again, our youngsters made some contribution this week, led by Hollands.

[9]   This was a round where none of our lines stood out. Our mids did best, but that wasn't saying a lot. I hate writing this!

Another embarrassment.

Trends:
[1]   There were 8 voters this round, which is still far from ideal. Unfortunately, our performance was so bad that it almost justifies the lack of interest. Still, please do vote, win, lose or draw: it is something we appreciate and it makes our statistics a lot more reliable, especially as I've got the spreadsheet behaving again..

[2]   The rating was a 5.71, which represents a E-. It isn't good, but it wasn't as bad as last week. :(

[3]   17 players managed a mention this week, which is actually very good, but most were bit votes for guys who showed something, rather than for clear winners.

[4]   The average vote this week was 19, which is merely poor. We weren't that embarrassing in the bad old days of a few years back.

[5]   2 players managed 100 votes or more this week, which is one worse than last week. Williams and Ollie Hollands managed it this time.

[6]   Zac Williams  managed his 1st BOG for us with 264 votes and he didn't even manage 4 quarters of football, followed by Ollie Hollands.

[7]   1 players, Zac Williams, managed votes from everyone this week. Ollie missed from one voter.

[8]   Again, our youngsters made some contribution this week, led by Hollands and Cowan.
