Let's say for the sake of argument, commentators decide to ignore his ego and stick with Harry O. Is there anything in the legal field to stop them?

Maybe he could make it like one of those Brazilian soccer stars along the lines of Pele or Ronaldinho and have just the one name.....Harry?

I reckon they should refrain from mentioning his name at all.

Refer to him as a downhill skier maybe?
