Do we have a kicking coach?
If so first to go!

We have to blame the coach because he is the coach!
Last year he said our list was good enough to win a flag & refused to do any trading whatsoever.
This year our list is crap after 1 year of his tenure.
U do the math!!

A coach teaches youngsters how to play, builds confidence, teaches the basics of play. You run harder for longer ( the mantra of my sons U14 team).
The coach devises a gameplan & makes the players follow it.
That's what coaches do.
Don't  go blaming inexperienced players like casboult, bell, etc when obviously the deficiencies are in the coaching panel
Lets not rest there, the recruiting team has been terrible also.
Not too hard when it comes to picking # 1's but anything else we have really struggled. We have draft picks away for warnock.
We picked Watson over darling etc
We hardly played laidler at all this year, why?

I'm not sure about a lot of things but I know this year has been a major disappointment.
I luv my blues & at this rate it's going to be well over 20 years between premierships!
