How come it doesn't show who liked or disliked your comment. Hell it doesnt even tell you which comment the like or dislike was based on.. Bizarre..

I dont mind the Karma rating.  Its really good to know who is a respected poster.

Im a member of a soccer forum.  They have a a similar feature, but its based on a per post basis so that one time when the world stands still and something profound is written it is liked by all and sundry, and then they have  overall plus/minus to show that posters Karma rating.  Is that possible to implement?

From what we've seen so far, no.

As for a respected poster, just because a poster may have a negative karma rating does not make him disrespected. All it means is he has an opposing view to many, well that's if the function is used properly.

Surely then it should be called the "Sheik" function instead of the Karma function  :P

I was also in the negative a few days back, it can turn around pretty quick if someone likes your posts.
