It wasn't the ICC that banned Warner, though, it as ACB.

With Siddle, Vic had three bowlers in the Aus A side.  Might question SA batters if he's able to get 12 wickets.

I don't blame Warner for questioning the recent ball tampering investigation, while it doesn't absolve him on any wrong doing in his past indiscretions, it does demonstrate the politics and bias that exists in the sports hierarchy as a result of wealth and influence.

The cricket world is basically subservient to India, it's not a healthy situation.

Some will say it's sour grapes from Australia to question the integrity, but in reality even when Australia was at it's pinnacle it was never in control of the sport, control which has now passed from the UK to India. Cricket looks less democratic than ever before.
Warner shouldnt be questioning anything, his career was extended courtesy of the mates club and he embarrassed the country with his sandpaper antics and should have been sent on his way to retirement after that incident but CA was too weak to act.
India bought out the cricket establishment and the players, the rest of the world is just a feeder comp for the IPL and whatever else they are running.

I must admit I find this quite disturbing. The money from India is influencing the game very negatively, in my humble opinion. And it certainly isn't helping test cricket.

Yes, it feels a bit like the beginning of the end, .................... money rules.

DJC....there's plenty of good kids out there, it's just that they never get the opportunity.  For example, NSW continue to play that hack Henriques, another years past his use by date.  Too many old stagers running around in state teams.

Far be it from me to suggest that advancing years should be a disqualifying factor Prof, but cricket at all levels seems follow the maxim that it’s harder to get out of the team than to get in.

Damn straight.  Happens at all levels.  Players come up, get limited opportunity or fail to impress in their limited audition and it's back down. One bad umpiring decision or a poor field ... Its a cruel game.

Hazlewood’s dismissal of Kohli was the 500th wicket from him, Cummins, Starc and Lyon in Tests where all four have played.  That’s a pretty impressive record from the most successful quartet in Test history.

If they pitched it up another 6 feet they wouldn't have made 100.

But can we bat? Doesn't look like it.

India are on the slide but we are making them look good with an insipid batting display, Bumrah doing his usual number on our batsman and without his right hand man Shami to help him.
The commentary box is looking after its IPL money too, had to laugh when monkeygate was brought up and other poor Indian behaviour over previous tours here and away.  Before the IPL ex players like Ponting and Langar would have given you the real deal on what went on and been candid in their opinions but now they are connected to IPL teams they dont dare criticise or over analyse their new Indian masters who pay them handsomely and they shouldnt be commentating imo if they wont say the truth or what they really think.

The Indian batters didn’t play for the extra bounce.  What is our excuse?

Personally I think the pitch is rubbish and our bowlers underperformed, our batting might be poor but India got 50 more runs than it should have!

This clown venue wants the Boxing Day test!

100 percent.... We were too short and paid for it.  The pitch looks a day (at least) underprepared with excessive seam movement and fliers off a length.
When Mitch Marsh is taking wickets it's a helpful deck.
Marnus tried but the bounce meant he couldn't get forward, the only way to beat the pitched up death ball. Being trapped on the crease in that manner isn't typical here, never seen our players lacking confidence stepping towards the ball like this.
