Gulf between mature bodies and kids was almost criminally obvious. Gotta feel for Luke and the boys having to go into the game so under manned.

That's one reason why the MC has been (rightly) reluctant to select players like Binns in past seasons - too many lightweights who struggle to cope with the physicality of the VFL - let alone the AFL.

Hopefully not injured.

I suspect it's more a case of 'rested pending debut'.

He'd have a minimum recovery time if he played a full game today and backed up on Thursday. ;)

Luke Power shouldn't be held responsible for any bad loss at the moment.
He has one of the most difficult roles at the club.
His team is picked apart by the seniors on a regular basis.
He has to manage a development role with a game style that makes the players ready for the AFL team.
He's one we should be keeping.

Too many AFL listed players missing.
VFL may get one back - Durdin most likely if Jack trains during the week.
