Special mention to Sam Rowe who I said "had played the worst game ever by a Carlton footballer" earlier in the year (was it the Essendon game?). He certainly stuck it up me. Well done.
Also great to see a couple of our new recruits in Everitt and Docherty get in the top 10.

Robert Heatley Stand / Re: Rd 19: Carlton vs Freo: Post Match Pain Again
However depressing it all was last night, I’ll be more peed-off if we follow-up next week with a dismal effort against Gold Coast and lose again against a side we should beat, again.

Btw, that's now 3 weeks in a row whereby Warnock's opponent has been clearly in their best and who have been in the top 3 for SC scores. My lawn mower's got a bigger tank than Warnock. He has been largely abysmal the past 3 weeks and I for one would love to see Cam Wood get a gig ahead of him (is he eligible?) If it's good enough for the likes of Waite and Garlett to be dropped, then why not Warnock?
God almighty every time I see sauce Jacobs have a great game (as he did yesterday) I spit chips at the imbeciles who decided to let him go to Adelaide. I know he wanted to get back there but honestly we should've tried a hell of a lot harder to keep him and offload the spud Warnock. He is as bad a ruckman as I've seen in any team ever. Oh, maybe slightly better than Ricky Mott.

Tactically there is only one way you beat Hawthorn and that is fast effective play through the corridor. Hey, let's face it it'll beat any team. Problem with us is we don't have the foot skills and the turnovers will kill us.
If we play like we did against Geelong it should be a 6 goal loss. If we play like we did against Brisbane it'll be 12.

Yeah, well we're not even as good as Hawthorn missing Lake, Gibson, Mitchell, McEvoy, Rioli and Whitecross, but that wasn't my point. It was more about when they get challenged they respond and I expect them to win. When we get challenged we fold and that I also expect which is a sad indictment on our club.Interesting parallel. Hawthorn get challenged by the 2nd bottom team today and manage to scrape through by 7 points. Highlights the difference between top team and also-rans.
Yeah, mind blowing result. We are not as good as hawthorn!
