I've worked out with Jones that he is too small for key position. Think he can play ok, but not in a KP and definitely not there the way our club delivers it.

Also worked out that Casboult would be a very good player in a decent side that could use the ball. If you were a key forward in the draft you'd hope and pray you didn't go to Carlton.
