Tapatalk - Blocked on this site?

Just wondering been trying to use it on my phone with this site but I'm being told access is restricted by the forum administrator.

Tapatalk is not set up on this Forum yet?

have you been using it before?

I am trying to put it in place at the moment.

Never used it before but it flashed up as an option when i logged into this site on my phone but then rejects the site? Would be handy if it was set up.
