They are all full of it.

All of them.  Its why I laugh that people are so down on trump vs the regular politicians.  At least you can read Trump a mile away, he might protest he is doing nothing wrong, but everyone can see it.  The devil you know is better than the devil you dont.  The problem is, why is it always a bloody devil?

I doubt it makes rational sense to select a POTUS who is so blatantly deceptive, and try to justify it by highlighting others that are less than forthright. It's the two wrongs proverb in real life.

The real disgrace is that either side can think that behaviour acceptable.

thats the exact argument people will use to explain why Joe Biden is fine for pardoning his son and it took less than one post to see it!!


Trump would have done it.  Its a big f u to the establishment to have him as pots a second time.

They are all deceptive thats how they get the opportunity to be POTUS isnt it?, you dont want anyone who is honest, keeps their promises and upholds community standards and cares...thats not going to work in the USA is it?
You need a shifty conniving pro corporate despot who can think like all the other shifty conniving world leaders and keep the global balance. Its never going to be pretty viewing but if you are expecting acceptable behaviour, decent morals and honest decision making you wont find it at the top in American Politics.

And then he'll use that to justify the pardons he hands out...
Specifically to the Jan 6 offenders and any of his own family who might need a "get out of jail free card" in the future.
Biden's actions just make it easier to kick back against any criticism.

Claudia Sheinbaum is the first head of state to call out Aurangzeb’s lies and stand up to his attempted bullying - even before his term has started.  Claudia is clearly well aware of his malignant narcissism and was prepared to take him on.  Other heads of state will follow the same playbook.

The cove is still only the POTUS-elect and a government shutdown seems inevitable.  What’s very scary is the prospect of Elon Musk running things.  Can that relationship endure? Surely not 🤔

A really interesting 'watch this space' re the orange one and Musk. Musk forked out big time for the orange one's election campaign, surely something fraught with tense consequences. Musk will want a number of things for his 'investment' and the orange one will become mired in resentment as Musk steals much of his attention and perceived admiration. A perfect storm, brewing.
