With so many influential people allegedly implicated in these files, it's hard to imagine that considerable influence hasn't been executed resulting in v8 shredding machines working over time, and skilled hackers working the delete button on their keyboards.

I doubt there will be much come out of this other than paranoia, the stuff they know about will be buried or is already buried, it's the stuff they imagine might exist that will bring them undone.

Paranoia will lead to someone throwing somebody else under the bus, that is when it unravels.

If there is a journo that is smart enough, brave enough, or stupid enough, they will be able to create havoc.

Then there is the issue of whistleblowers, that is how the more traditional falls occur. There is always someone on the clean up team who is parnoid or crooked enough to keep a copy of something, who find themself in a no win nothing to lose scenario.

Over the years, the very best journos I worked with never really needed access to the facts, all they really needed was a good question for the right person.

Like with our Charlie thing I think if there’s smoke there’s fire… bill clinton gets spoken of a lot! Bill gates… trump of course.

It has to come out - someone somewhere will pull the trigger for the real stuff to come. Hopefully sooner rather than later.

The fact it hasn’t already is revolting - I don’t care who you are, if they’ve done something as alleged they deserve to lose it all!

^^  The cynic in me thinks we will get a sanitised list of people with the usual suspects fingered.

Some will be left off, and we will forever wonder if we were told the truth of all the things in the epstein files.

There are several sources of information about the coves who exploited and abused vulnerable young girls including the material from the Epstein and Maxwell court cases, the recent email dump, flight logs, photographs and videos, witness statements and victim testimonies.

You might get the odd fanatical journalist who will devote years of their life to trying to piece it all together but it’s unlikely that the whole truth will ever be known.

If it had happened here, and at the same scale, a royal commission would be appropriate.

Some of you might not be surprised by this, others will refuse to believe it. But I've heard a whisper from a reliable source that RedTrump as opportunistic as ever has used the Bondi shooting to throw political doubt over the Aukus agreement. The rumour is the RedTrump inner circle will claim they have doubts about Australia's ability to secure it's own backyard, and they will use those seeds of doubt to secure a better deal for the USA.

Trump's narcissism is reaching extreme levels now.  The John F Kennedy Memorial for Performing Arts Centre in Washington (named 2 months after JFK was assassinated as a living memorial) has had 'The Donald J Trump and....' prefix added.  The change was voted by a Board that was selected by Trump himself. and the letters were added the very next day, despite the fact that it would require Congress to agree to the change.   

To top it off, the new class of battleship to be built by the US is going to be called the 'Trump Class'........

This country is doomed if they don't get rid of this self-centred flog.   They'll be changing the US Dollar to the US Donald next.
