I did the extra write off because I was actually attending. It was the first win I have attended in a very very long time. And I loved it. Quote Selected
Re: Rd 10: Post Game Paradise!: Carlton vs Geelong Reply #79 – May 29, 2016, 06:28:43 pm I haven't experienced this raw 'Carlton-ness' in a Carlton crowd for so many years......we're barracking with a ferocity that is simply awesome to be apart of & everyone is buying-in. The Carlton crowd hasn't been this engaged for so long & I reckon the players themselves are loving every minute of it. A lot of people are doing a lot of things right at the Club right now......we're now very much a part of this competition in every respect, not lagging behind with outdated methodologies & an arrogance in avoiding change.....it's great to be back & barrack for a Club that can be respected again. Re: Rd 10: Post Game Paradise!: Carlton vs Geelong Reply #81 – May 29, 2016, 06:38:47 pm At quarter time I sensed an honourable loss. Was interesting to see Geelong's poise and structure down back. Their players seemed to know exactly where to position themselves whenever we had the ball - it was almost robotic the way they dropped back to fill the holes. Each player ran to a designated spot with Bartel taking up the last line of defence. All very disciplined and practised. Which is why this was such an impressive victory. We picked them apart with patience and precision, and every so often blitzed them with sheer gut running to catch them out on the rebound. Awesome, awesome victory. Quote Selected

Players are recovering from serious injury in a quarter of the time expected and non-performers are now performing.I've said it once but I'll say it again ............ "just imagine what this Bolton chap is going to do when he gets a playing list of serious depth & talent" ??If he can get his team to knock over a potential flag contender after only 10-games, then we could be looking at one of the biggest dynasties ever seen in this competition.
