Incredibly bad 50 m penalty. Eddie was taken out!
Philp needs a bit more time, but he showed some nice things. But he just couldn't put them together.

FMD! If not for inaccurate kicking, we win by plenty. They really need to fix that, seriously. Absolute sitters from Cunningham (twice), Gibbons (twice). Very costly.

Murphy’s cool head was important in the finish. Setterfield  was involved, but still not strong enough, Gibbons great, Levi important, McGovern better, Cunningham BOG, backs tight, Pittonet makes us forget about club stalwarts, Walsh involved. We lost structure when we lost Silvagni as a tall.
