I'm a fan of SPS, and he had the right idea, but that is strike 1 against him.

Well you keep track of him, and you point how much good he does and report back.

Ive seen him refuse to put his body in, act like he was going to tackle and not chase hard....all in the space of 10 seconds on the far wing earlier.

Nice to see kids Walsh, Dow and LOB impacting. I know it’s very early but this is where the improvement will come from.
