Umpires inserted themselves into the contest and are on top here.

Thats 6 in row. Thats why he'll get sacked.
Not sure how much control he's got over the umpiring.

They've been handed 2 of them, and we've been shafted out of 1.

The very reason Teague is under pressure is on display.
Just no answer at all when teams get a run on. 6 in a row against the flow and no plan to arrest the slide.
Same old same old. Been the same for 2 years.

You get the feeling a lot of our fans do not actually watch the game!

We've just experienced a 4 goal swing courtesy of seriously bad umpiring, you'd expect none of them will feature in the finals!

In one instance we had a sling tackle paid against us, the Port player was holding his head in pain before he hit he ground!

Team A played qtr 1, Team B played qtr 2. Irrespective of who's on the park, the gap between our best and wort is huge.

Not a chance any Clarkson led team would allow this. That’s the difference the folks.

Or we could just keep finding excuses. Year after year after year.

Agree. Just watched our guys standing off the contest watching Port make the play. We seem incapable of switching into a full defensive mode, the old tempo footy, to weather a storm and just frustrate the opposition.
Reality always wins in the end.

When your first to the footy...
The non free to Charlie was stiff
The push in the back after the disposal to Fantasia was there
The dangerous tackle to Boak was rubbish.
Wheres the rest?

I think i'm in the same parallel universe as you.

Not sure what game these 'sack teague' blokes are watching, but it can't be the same one as me.

The lack of consistency in the umpiring is mind-numbing. Williamson ping for deliberate, then Kennedy tackle a bloke who throws its over the boundary and they don't even blink an eye. McGovern, front on contact 100%, pings down the other end and an unbelievably soft down the field goal. The Saad tackle. Seriously a joke, the club needs to be asking questions.
What happened to my old profile?????

Take the blue glasses off mate. Yes there was a few questionable one but as lethal used to say you can’t control them but the fact they controlled the second half of that quarter was not because of a few 50/50 frees that went against us.

If you look hard enough for excuses you will also find em.

7 unanswered goals, once the serious pressure was applied. Again.

You don't want to be critical of a bloke in his 300th, but, sheesh, his 2nd qtr fadeout... just when leadership is needed from experienced heads - ditto Levi.

This is where a coaching move is needed - get more intensity around the ball. Nothing to lose, put Stocker in the midfield.
Only our ruthless best, from Board to bootstudders will get us no. 17

I know the old saying of quit while you're ahead, but why do we have to take it so literally.
