Jim Park Voting 2024 AFL Rd 18 Carlton vs Western Bulldogs

Voting is as usual: you have 15 votes to award pretty much as you will, with the following provisos:
[1] 15 votes in total, no more, no less.
[2] No more than 10 votes for any one player (even Sam Walsh or Patrick Cripps)
[3] Three players at least must get a mention.
[4] A grade for the game, A+ (what I want to see) to F-.

AFL Rd 18: Carlton vs Western Bulldogs
What a letdown. Things didn’t work for us today, while after quarter time, everything worked for the Dogs. Lack of poise, and terrible forward play cost us.
Team:      C+
I couldn’t give us more on that effort, even though we only lost by 14 ponts.

Votes:
Hard work tonight.
[4]   Patrick Cripps
[2]   Blake Acres
[1.5]   Charlie Curnow
[1]   Nic Newman
[1]   Alex Cincotta
[1]   Elojah Hollands
[1]   Jacob Weitering
[1]   Tom de Koning
[1]   Adam Saad
[0.5]   Sam Walsh
[0.5]   Brodie Kemp
[0.5]   Harry McKay

Explanations:
[4]   Patrick Cripps:      Quiet early, but after half time he was a demigod! Did everything in his power to get us over the line.
[2]   Blake Acres:      A real 4 quarter effort with some great highlights.
[1.5]   Charlie Curnow:   Could have had 10 goals; if he’d kicked 7 goals three, instead of 3 goals 7, we would have won. Still nowhere near his best, but …
[1]   Nic Newman:      Came into the game. A typical Newman game.
[1]   Alex Cincotta:      Did a good job on Bontempelli, who only got possessions when he was off Cincotta.
[1]   Elijah Hollands:   Some really nice things from Elijah.
[1]   Jacob Weitering:   Ruled the air in defence, but struggled when the ball was on the ground.
[1]   Tom de Koning:   Much better after half time. His first half was ordinary.
[1]   Adam Saad:      Ran himself into pressure sometimes, but he did a job on his opponent.
[0.5]   Sam Walsh:      Never have 27 Sam Walsh possessions been so ineffective.
[0.5]   Brodie Kemp:      Tried hard and took some nice marks.
[0.5]   Harry McKay:      First quarter and a bit he was BOG, but had 2 possessions in the last half.

Honourable Mentions:
Matthew Owies:      Like H, he started brilliantly, but dropped totally out of the game after quarter time.
Lachie Cowan:      Did a decent job and showed more poise than many of his teammates.
