Nah, i'll take the 'no more injuries' cruise home rather than going too hard and copping some more injuries.
Jinx

Always.

But it proves my point. Is it worth it for a couple more % points if it means you lose a bloke for 8 weeks?

Was Curnow's goal overturned in the end? Hard to tell from looking at the stats.

Yep
They haven't updated it on afl.com.au

McKay concussion.
Williams cramp
Kemp TBC - but looks like achillies.

Pushed off to start a lead, nobody near him, fell over like he was shot. Screams achillies.

In my playing and watching experience a lot of injuries happen off the ball when blokes are going at it half-ar5ed, rarely do injuries happen in the heat of play.

And once players know you're not going hard at the footy switched on opponents take full advantage to take you out.

Define 'injury'.

Plenty of corkies and other niggles will happen in a game thats full on vs half arsed.
Our blokes are falling over during the heat need to 'red-line it' and tempt fate further.

Walsh and Hewett have slowed down since half time. Still great, but not as totally dominant.
George Hewett: 34 possessions
Sam Walsh: 31 possessions.
