The Midgets are in very ordinary form and missing key play makers. We tend to do alright against sides in this predicament... well, excluding the Fluffy Ducks game!

The lads will be smarting after the Fluffy Ducks game and have too much character to capitulate/put in a poor one. The coaching group can support the lads by encouraging a focus on run and spread... boldness.

Hopefully some of those 'tests' (TDK, Acres, Fog & JSOS) come up. Doc will probably return, in the Magoos he seems to have worked on disposal by foot and eliminated the kick and hope, and balloon kicks. Cinc was rusty early in the Magoos but improved as the game wore on... sub? Billy Wilson? Lemmey for Young? More time up forward for Crippa?
Only our ruthless best, from Board to bootstudders will get us no. 17

Word on the street is HOF to debut v GWS.
2021-Pi$$ or get off the pot
2022- Real Deal or more of the same? 0.6%
2023- "Raise the Standard" - M. Voss Another year wasted Bar Set
2024-Back to the drawing boardNo excuses, its time
2025-Carlton can win the 2025 AFL Premiership

Word on the street is HOK to debut v GWS.
If he plays it probably means that Young won't...assuming TDK comes in for Pittonet.

That should depend on whether Silvagni makes a miraculous recovery from his groin injury  :-\
It's still the Gulf of Mexico, Don Old!

That's what I would have thought...and there is an article on OKeefe on  the club website.
If It's one of them  I suspect it will be HOK.

Not necessarily, we'll wait and see.
Riley Beveridge is going with O'Farrell which makes less sense to me...but may be cover for Silvagni missing

It's O'Farrell. I'm think he comes in for JSOS. Young will play forward possibly. The 3 talls is working ok up forward. Also means we get to pick less small forwards, which can only be a good thing right now...lol. Guessing our best smaller forward in Williams will return.

To be fair O'Farrell did have a fairly good game (maybe his best?) last week in the magoos. It's nice to see a player get rewarded for a change.

I thought he was still a way off, but he has shown some glimpses...good luck for his debut.

Maybe we are looking at development now for the rest of the season, I probably would have gone with another running type like Wilson or Charleson if we are experimenting vs GWS who play pretty football and like to spread and run.
Looking for opponents he might be suited to down back I reckon Cadman would be the most likely size wise and also has the least experience and maturity.
Good luck Harry and may you be a winner like your father usually is at the tribunal....

Starting to get to the time of the year where we need to think about some list management for 2026 and beyond.
Will Haynes go around again given his age?
Is McGoverns body going to continue to deterioate to the point we can't rely on him.
Will he be able to cover for Jack Silvagni if he is collatoral damage from keeping TDK on the list?
Can we afford to trade away Young to the highest bidder?

I reckon it might be a bit too soon for HOF at AFL level, but if it helps answer the above questions, why not give him a go.
