Harry McKay, Jagga Smith, Matt Cottrell and Sam Walsh.  The latter two because of their ability to cover a lot of territory very quickly.
McKay and Cottrell are big ones that are missing.

McKay is unusually quick for a 200cm type and faster than Charlie by some margin, any player of a similar size that stands him needs assistance, and that frees our other players. Fans might not see it because it's an indirect benefit, and because sometimes our disposal burns the advantage.

Cottrell beats his opponents to the ball at both ends of the ground, not necessarily being quick across the turf but in reading the play and committing to the contest with hesitation, much like Acres, but a fit Cottrell covers more ground and at a better clip.

Having Cottrell and Cincotta on the field around EH and Walsh goes a long long way to solving many of our problems, because they can cover ground that stops Cripps, Hewett and Cerra needing to run themselves ragged.

The only thing I saw from the weekend that I think was a negative of having Cincotta back was that Motlop got less involved.

We seem to struggle a bit getting this medium small mix just right, I don't think it's a comment about the players as individuals, but how the work is being divided up. They almost need to start organising themselves to light the flame, because at times they look pigeon holed into a role.

I think Motlop has played his best football when he has a greater slice of working further up the field, he needs to get involved to get himself up and about.

Motlop has improved as far as getting to the contest imo but is too often totally inept when he gets there.
