Cmon mate, we made 6 changes this week. How many more can we make? You can only pick the soldiers that are fit and if we dropped everyone you and others wanted, we'd have to forfeit because we wouldn't have enough left to fill a side.

It's not about the number of the changes but the quality of the changes.

Not really, they started the night 10 pts on top of the ladders, we were 10th. They should be smashing teams in the bottom end. Lets be realistic here.

Four years to drill a squad in a system that has failed with incremental; year on year improvements with A grade talent on every line. Sooner we realise what an epic failure Voss has been the better.

Played finals 2 out of 4, missed one series by 0.1%, perspective mate. Coll missed the 8 last year after winning the flag.

I don't.. we have exponentially deteriorated since mid last year.

Now the squad has lost all faith... getting spanked three weeks in a row in AFL land with the talent the squad has on the list means - not getting the best out of the squad.

When you play a team on top (10 pts clear) you are under pressure all night, drilled or not drilled. There is a reason they are on top (10 pts clear). You might not like it because its Coll, that's on you not me or Voss for that matter.

I didn't miss it, its just not relevant to what happened tonight. If you think that performance, or the the one last week, is  on Voss, I cant help you.
