Despite some supporters blaming Lloyd for whatever they could think of, he is an astute footy person and well respected in the industry.

I don’t think that he’ll return to a role at a footy club but I expect him to crop up from time to time as a consultant.

I always thought he was a poor performer in front of the camera but as you say, probably an astute football person. He always came across as someone who cared about the club and gave it his all.

His recent interview showed his footy knowledge and integrity to advantage.

He could be a great football bloke with great knowledge and maybe even a good bloke to have a beer with, but every area of the club he oversaw was an issue in one way or another and he may simply be a poor manager.

He was given the flick so there was clearly something with facing him for.

Never understood the defending of this bloke.
