To the point the club needs a draamatic circuit breaker to stop these fadeouts.

I agree. So many years in the doldrums and so much upheaval. Every stakeholder, whether it’s supporters, players, coaches, board etc., dreams of winning consistently, but the change in culture required is significant.

All clubs must attend to the daily, weekly, seasonal tasks that are required to keep things going. In some ways, changing coach, players, fitness etc is the easy part. Changing the aura and destiny of a club is something else entirely.

I've jumped off the Voss train, it has derailed.
