Jim Park Voting AFL Rd 4 2026 Carlton vs North Melbourne

Voting is as usual: you have 15 votes to award pretty much as you will, with the following provisos:
[1] 15 votes in total, no more, no less.
[2] No more than 10 votes for any one player (even Sam Walsh or Patrick Cripps)
[3] Three players at least must get a mention.
[4] A grade for the game, A+ (what I want to see) to F-.

AFL Rd 4 2026   Carlton vs North Melbourne
Another fade out.
Team:   D+
For most of the game, we looked like winners, even with our ordinary game style. But after Weitering went off, we ,,, sank.

Votes:
Very hard to vote as finding 4 quarter players was not easy.
[2.5]   Elijah Hollands
[2]   Marc Pittonet
[2]   Jacob Weitering
[2]   Brodie Kemp
[1.5]   Mitch McGovern
[1]   George Hewett
[1]   Patrick Cripps
[0.5]   Adam Cerra
[0.5]   Nic Newman
[0.5]   Jagga Smith
[0.5]   Patrick Cripps
[0.5]   Ben Ainsworth
[0.5]   Jordan Boyd

Explanations:
[2.5]   Elijah Hollands:   His goal was brilliant, as was his disposal.
[2]   Marc Pittonet:      For mist of the game, Marc really dominated the ruck.
[2]   Jacob Weitering:   Dominated his position and his opponent.
[2]   Brodie Kemp:      Not much late in the game, but really dangerous for most of the game.
[1.5]   Mitch McGovern:   Another solid game in the forward half.
[1]   George Hewett:   George tried his guts out, but is well of last year’s pace.
[1]   Patrick Cripps:      North had plans for Cripps, which worked late, but Cripps still worked hard and got 7 clearances.
[0.5]   Adam Cerra:      What he did was excellent, but he just didn’t do enough.
[0.5]   Nic Newman:      Worked hard.
[0.5]   Jagga Smith:      Not bad.
[0.5]   Ollie Hollands:      Got the ball well, but his disposal wasn’t good enough.
[0.5]   Ben Ainsworth:   Got a fair bit of ball, but not really at his best.
[0.5]   Jordan Boyd:      Solid.

Honourable Mentions:
Sam Walsh:      Not our worst, but not as effective as he has been.
Lachie Cowan:   Cowan was really good for 3 quarters, but didn’t fire a shot in the last.
