Acres has been the premier player in our VFL team for the last 5 weeks, and is in ripping form.

Anyone who looks at him and wonders why, is not recognizing his form, and capability as he was one of our shining lights in 2023.  He has had some middling form over the last couple of years, but deserves a game.

He's been covering a terrific amount of ground end to end in the VFL
And his disposal hasn't been too bad.

Acres aint slow, plus he reads the game extremely well and knows where to put himself. No brainer for him to replace Matty C. And he can run all day/night.

I think we have moved on from Acres and I wouldnt expect him to be on the list next season, I would have taken the opportunity and played Ben Campo...

No expectations for this game.
It could go anyone of a number of ways.
And the last thing we probably need are the Fraser/Voss comparisons.
They're meaningless.
What we're looking for is a 4 quarter effort and a glimpse of some of the potential of our young group.
