Pitto must still be sore with Reilly being an emergency.

Yes, it was obvious to me Pitto and Cripps both looked sub-par at times last week.

Not sure the Tigers are knocking themselves out to win at the moment, missing a few players and they have been deplorable of late imho with some odd positional moves. Cripps missing in particular would hurt us but I think Hewett, Walsh and Jagga could cover vs the Tigers who dont have much other than Taranto who is being played forward more these past few weeks.

Ollie Florent's 200th game. He's worked himself into form quite nicely and has proven to be a good acquisition IMO.

It's a bit of a shame that Wilbur will have to wait until next week to chalk up his 200th game.  Their careers have been virtually parallel since they were drafted.

Ollie has been a good acquisition but I'd have him just behind Wilbur and Ainsworth.

Ollie Hollands was good before his injury.

Arces was our lowest rated player on the ground last week.

It musn't be too bad if he's only going to miss one game - let's hope so!

Young has been playing very well in the Magoos and getting a call up is just reward.  He did OK in Lynch in Round 1 but it helped that Lynch couldn't hit the side of a barn with his shots at goal  ::)

I am almost happy with him missing and Lewis coming in for this one. He can hand handle Lynch I reckon.
Rich $5.75 on Sportsbet, that BS I reckon.

How do they work that out?

Acres had more disposals than 14 of his teammates, more marks than 15 of his teammates, more goal assists than 15 of his teammates, more metres gained than 14 of his teammates, his disposal efficiency was better than nine of his teammates, only 11 of his teammates had more tackles, and only one of his teammates had more intercepts and rebound 50s.

Jack Ison would have to be the lowest rated player by some margin ... and I wouldn't drop him either!

Not sure how they do it, but the SEN call mentioned it about 3-4 times.    I thought his ball use without much pressure was average.

Everyone is banging about Ison but playing that role can often be all duck or no dinner.   He works hard.    Presents.    Pressures.    Wouldn't even consider dropping him.

I've got no issues with Ollie Hollands

....but i think we have been much better with Acres in the side.
Hard to pick up on TV, but the amount of times he is the last one on the line in defence yet also managing to be the deepest one on the line in the forwardline is remarkable.

I joked years ago about how he always managed to kick one out on the full a game.....i'm not surprised with the amount of repeat sprints he does to get deep, his legs must be like jelly half the time.

He is also a bigger body (height+weight) compared to Ollie Hollands.

I would've given Ison a rest over Acres, even if its not like for like.

Yes, Acres must have a tank like an Airbus A380!
