MC realised their mistake for included Hollands over Acres. Swapped it back now.

Hewett STILL in the team.

Riley for Reidy

Patience with Ison has run out, with Lord coming in (probably to cover for Hewett TBH).

Emergencies.....
Boyd
Flynn Riley
Flynn Young

I would have stuck with Riley vs Cameron, the latter dines out on us usually and I think Riley's height at least might have made it more difficult. Wouldnt be surprised if we see a bit more of Harry in the ruck who has improved his ruck craft and is competitive most times I have seen him play the position of late.

Perhaps the thinking that Reidy offers more than Riley at this stage, around ground and up forward.

If Im not mistaken, Reidy played a blinder in the 2s so he is being rewarded I guess.

[1] I might have been tempted to play 2 rucks with Collingwood's defence. I know that Collingwood only really has Cameron, who hasn't been in great form, but he usually plays well against us. I like having options when there is a good reason. Last week, for example, was a point source error, something we simply didn't have the structure to change.
Reidy did play well last week.

[2] Lord is probably insurance for Hewett, who must remain doubtful. Who would come in would be an interesting conundrum. Young was in good goalkicking form. Boyd probably deserves a shot to show if he is worth keeping. I find it unlikely that he would succeed, but you never know.

[3] The only problem with Ison going out this week is that the 2's have a bye. He has no chance to impress. So, he will probably miss next week as well.

[4] The weather: it is not supposed to be that wet, maybe showers early in the day. The less of them, the more I prefer it.

[5] I still don't know who we would play on Nick Daicos. We really need someone to sit on him: no Daicos, no Collingwood. We only lost last time because Steene got on top and Daicos went berserk. But who? That is one of our real structural issue which our next coach MUST address.

[6] Who is going to kick our goals? Our forwards were ordinary last week. Not one of them is kicking all that well. But Collingwood's defence looks vulnerable, if we're good enough to do something about it.
Live Long and Prosper!

I won't be at all surprised if we try Lord to tag Daicos.
