AFLW 2026 Rd 7 Carlton vs Richmond at home

Part of a double header, our game is scheduled to start at 16:00 at Ikon Park. Richmond are 9th, we're 6th after our last 2 losses.

[1] Keck out injured. We will miss her; she's been good this season. Bohanna has been dropped and is struggling at the moment. Maybe age is catching up with her? I hope not, as she has been good since she came down from Gold Coast. She hasn't been holding her marks of late.

[2] Nice to see Tayla McMillan get her chance. She is small, but was impressive in the U18's last year.

[3] Injury has certainly made a difference to us; we've had a lot of girls starting late and clearly missing match fitness. Sophie McKay is just the most obvious example. With Bree Harrington missing to have her baby, we needed Lauren Bella to stand up. Instead, she's missed most of the season and looks a little off the pace. Hope she can get her act together sooner rather than later.

Darcy was 1-2 weeks away 2 weeks ago, same as sophie....who played last week.
