Blah-Blah Bar / Re: CV and mad panic behaviour
Anyway, that's my take on that whole saga. Hopefully we never have to experience it again, if we do hopefully we are better equiped.

Binnsy is a machine like Walsh - goes from contest to contest all daySorry mate, dont see the hype. Plus he looks too small (thin) for mine.
Just to dot point what im saying. The vaccines were garbage the lockdowns not so much.Fair points, I think the vaccines were as good as they could have been given the incredibly short time they were fast tracked in. I remember hearing a Aussie scientist on radio at the time saying how the amount of worldwide collaboration and information sharing when they were trying to come up with a vaccine was out of this world. They were virtually living on zoom/teams day and night. I cant remember the numbers but they were like trying to expedite 10 years of work in months.
For those getting stuck into hollads I'll say re watch quarter 1.Agree, other than getting caught a couple of times, I thought he tried hard and played well.
He set us up in a big way.
Binns: 42 possessions, 11 marks, 5 tackles, 5 clearances, but in the last couple of moment he had a couple of serious mistakes. Still, he got leather poisoning. So other than the Auskicker, the other senior listed players showed SFA. Great.
Casey wanted it more, especially at the end. We have too many who are not hard nuts. Many of them were disappointing tonight.
Fantasia: 22 possessions, but not a single score.
Moir: 6 possessions. Disappointing.
He just said Port got a goal against the tide lmaoYeah, Geelong piled on one in a row so it was against the tide🙄
Channel 7 callers are told to talk up the losing side to keep viewers. Right now BT is pumping up Geelong. He's feeling something lol.Disgraceful
Reckon Newman might be an out. His bump was high and he got off the ground. Might miss a few.I reckon 1 week
A nice start would be to stop delivering it to Lever and May on a plater. We didn't do that last night, only May picked off a few when Charlie was out of sorts.
Petracca was on and I dont think anyone was going to stop him if he got enough supply and it was one on one stuff where he excels like Dusty did at his peak.Petracca is a cat who chooses when to put in.
We needed to put more pressure on the delivery and get another player across to help out when we could..
Ms DJC is pretty much a neutral observer and she remarked that she never heard such biased commentary before. She also had a crack at the umpires for some poor decisionsApparently is live, no delay as is the Ch7 telecast. So just turn it on, mute BT and youre away.
BT and his mates do tend to boost the team that's behind so that the punters won't turn the game off but a bit of balance would be a pleasant change.
I must learn how to sync Blues Radio
We've had three tough games in a row.IIRC, Most teams have performed poorly after playing us. Lets see how Melb go next week. Having said that, all games are tough these days, we seem to be recovering well and I expect us to recover well for the Syd game.
Our players looked pretty stuffed (although, happily smiling) at the end of last night's game.
This fourth will be really difficult.
We need to up our pressure which still seems to be well short of last year at times.
Heeney is a worry in a similar fashion to Petracca.
Can play a few roles and be hard to match up on.
From the media coverage you'd think Melbourne dominated this game. Aside from our gun players, I thought a lot of our lesser lights played important roles. That's been overlooked - teams win flags, not a handful of guns within chaff.Arrived home from the game with Junior G2C to be greeted my an angry Mrs G2C. Reckoned the Ch7 commentary was so biased she had to mute it. Ahhhh yes, love it when my effect wears off on family members.
