All part of the kids learning experience I guess.Yep,I'd imagine he's been in a hard block of training leading up to heading for Europe and the World juniors in the USA in August.It's essentially his first run of a new season so I'm not overly concerned.It'd be more an issue if the World's were next week but he still has 5-6 weeks to go.I'd expect that time will come down considerably in the next few outings as he tapers so he's at his peak for Oregon.Nothing of course is guaranteed, but hopefully it was just a race to blow the cobwebs out.On a positive note Kurtis Marschall had his second Pole Vault Diamond League win for the week and Ky Robinson ran 12:50.82 for Robinson to beat Craig Mottrams 2004 5000 metre record. by around 5 seconds.
